Please allow 28 days from ordering and paying for your envelopes. Delivery is likely to be well inside this timescale, but if you have a specific deadline, please advise us of it when ordering.
Deliveries within one week of order will incur a rush charge. Rush orders should be ordered by phone or email, not online.
These will be despatched straightaway after ordering but, for a smooth experience, please allow a week from order to receipt.
Boxed sets should be ordered at least ten weeks before the date they are due to start. We will ensure you receive them no later than six weeks before your start date.
A flat charge of £7.90 will be applied to your order if placed online. This covers delivery to the UK mainland only. Orders for offshore or overseas destinations should be placed directly with our office to ensure the correct carriage price is applied. Very small parcels are sent by First Class Post but the majority of orders will be sent to you by carrier.
From despatch, delivery is usually made within 24-72 hours depending on the size of the consignment. You will be advised by email on the day of despatch and this will include a link for tracking your order with our carrier. Timed deliveries are available at extra cost.
Our email despatch notifications include a link for tracking orders sent by carrier. Please advise us immediately if your order does not arrive within 72 hours of receiving despatch advice. Unfortunately we can only pursue claims with our carrier if we can advise of losses within 25 days of despatch.
First Class post does not require a signature. Your parcel may be returned to your local delivery office for collection if it will not fit through your letterbox.
Goods sent by carrier require a signature on delivery, however we can include a 'safe place' for the order to be left if you aren't there. This needs to be specific and dry.
Our normal terms are payment with order, unless a direct debit mandate is in place. A DD mandate is very easy to set up via a web link, which we'd be delighted to forward to you on request. A link to do this is available when ordering.
Once in place, direct debits make ordering from us a very simple process, with payments taken care of automatically once your order has been produced. We don't make any claim on a DD mandate until your order is despatched.
If choosing cheque or BACS when ordering on this website, please indicate this when checking out. We will then forward our bank details to you separately.
These are designed and priced to keeps cost as low as possible and do not include a proof as part of the normal pricing. Proofs can be supplied at an extra cost of £35. If you would like this, please indicate it when ordering.
Customers ordering premium customised Gift Aid envelopes may like to post us a hard copy of any logo to be used, for colour matching purposes.
We will provide an individual quote for bespoke envelopes and this will include a price for a proof. We would recommend proofs for orders of this kind unless they are reprints. We do reserve the right to insist on one for certain types of designs.
These include products such as untitled Gift Aid envelopes, envelope holders and cash books. Orders for these may be cancelled at any time before despatch. We will also accept returns, subject to an administration charge of £12.50. Return carriage is at the customer’s expense.
These include customised Gift Aid envelopes of various types and boxed sets. Orders may be cancelled subject to a £12.50 administration charge, provided the goods have not already been printed.For this reason, you should advise us as soon as possible in writing if you wish to cancel. Although we advise allowing 28 days for delivery, orders are frequently printed much faster than this. Reprints are often produced in a matter of days. In addition, we do reserve the right to print ahead of being paid if it suits our production schedule. Cancellations are not possible in these circumstances.
Do be careful here as customised products like this are not covered by the distance selling regulations and you can’t rely on this for a refund if you wish to cancel after we have produced the goods. In circumstances where you have not yet paid for the order, you will still be liable to do so once the goods are produced.
